SK Investment is a sole proprietorship based in Viramgam and Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, offering various investment services on a single platform. The proprietor, Krushnakant Thakor, is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-171718). References to "we", "us" or "our" mean SK Investment.

• Details you give us directly — such as your name, phone number, email, city and investment goals when you call, WhatsApp us, or ask us to help you start an SIP.
• Calculator inputs — amounts, tenure and return assumptions you type into the SIP calculator and goal planner. These are processed on your device to show a result and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical information — such as device type, browser and approximate region, used by our hosting provider to serve the app securely and reliably.

We do not ask for or store passwords, PINs, OTPs, card numbers or bank credentials in this app.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss suitable mutual fund schemes.
• To help you complete KYC and onboarding with the relevant platform or AMC.
• To service your existing investments and share periodic reviews or statements.
• To meet record-keeping obligations applicable to a registered mutual fund distributor.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Investment transactions, KYC and account opening happen on third-party regulated platforms (for example our transaction/onboarding platform, registrars, AMCs, and broking or insurance partners). When you continue to those platforms, the information you submit there is handled under their privacy policies and terms, not this one. Please read them before submitting your details.

When you submit an enquiry form in this app, your name, email address, mobile number, city, area of interest and optional message are sent securely to Investwell CRM so we can record and follow up on your enquiry. The app does not keep a separate copy of the submitted lead. Investwell handles that record under its own privacy and security terms.

We share your information only where necessary: with AMCs, registrars and platform partners to execute or service your investments; with our hosting and communication providers; and where required by law, regulation, or a lawful request from a competent authority.

Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as you remain a client and thereafter for the period required under applicable law and AMFI/SEBI record-keeping requirements. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

The app is served over HTTPS and access to client records is limited to the proprietor. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This app is not intended for children under 18. Minor investment accounts are always opened and operated by a parent or legal guardian.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by messaging +91 94294 41026. We will act on valid requests within a reasonable time, subject to records we must retain by law.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies or collect aggregate request logs needed to run the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

SK Investment is the proprietorship business of Krushnakant Thakor, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-171718). The ARN is held solely by Krushnakant Thakor.
